Successful applicants would be required to possess and maintain the necessary hardware and software. We'll help you find and even finance the necessary assets. Required software includes a subscription to Civil 3d, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office. Add a gaming laptop, monitors, and a home office and you're all set.
All positions start as part time, virtual, contract positions and are compensated on a mutually agreeable hourly or lump sum basis depending on the project.

GRADING AND DRAINAGE
A license is a plus but not required. As long as you understand grading and drainage concepts, have completed a few grading plans, and have a working knowledge of Civil 3D you may have all you need to join our team.
We work on numerous custom home projects, commercial, industrial and multi-family projects and they all require a grading plan so knowledge in this area is a must.
Additionally, many of our projects require a drainage report so if you've written or been heavily involved in this kind of work, that is beneficial.
Of course, if you're a highly trained and experienced professional in these areas, we have entire projects you can manage and design.
